Come on...who've you been to see? Where've you been to see them? Was it what you expected or were they absolute poop live like The View are (or so I've been told).

I could imagine they'd have a few supporting acts. Also, I've seen plenty of local acts.I 'll see more when I start gigging myself. I'm going to see Angels and Airwaves on August 24th to celebrate failing my GCSE's (the day before is results day) at the London Astoria, 1600 capacity. I'll be one of the first to hear the new songs from the new album I-Empire released in the autumn. Yay.

You absolute....ugh! I wanna go see AVA. But they're not doing any dates around here. Last I heard, they're only doing one gig, and it's that one you're going to see.
You're gonna have to tell me how that goes. When's their new album out anyway?

AVA is short for Angels and Airwaves. They invert the middle A in their logo, to spell out Tom DeLonge's daughter's name. Ever heard of blink-182?? Hear about the tremendous aching split they had that left a huge hole in my favourite music?? Well the co-lead-singer and guitarist Tom DeLonge, who we can gather caused the argument by telling the MANAGER that he wanted to leave blink, then changed his number so Travis and Mark (the other two) couldnt talk to him at all, went and started a new band with a completely different feel. Angels and Airwaves. They're Alternative Rock mixed with Punk, with members Tom DeloNge, David Kennedy (who played guitar in DeLonge's sideproject Box Car Racer), Atom Willard (who is the drummer in the Offspring), former bass player Ryan Sinn( from the distillers) and new bass player who i havent learnt the name of yet who used to play in 30 Seconds to Mars, who are another great band. I refer to AVA's music as 'grown up, musically skilled, well-thought-out punk-rock' Travis and Mark went off and formed +44. Which is like a more depressing, less creative version of blink-182.
